Each brisket at SMOAK is seasoned with our signature SMOAK’d beef rub, then smoked low and slow for 12–16 hours at 250–275°F, followed by a crucial 2-hour rest. The result? Incredibly tender, flavorful beef with just the right amount of smoky bark and juicy marbling.

Our brisket is served in generous portions daily, sliced from the lean, juicy flat or the tender, marbled point. You’ll find it in our BBQ plates, sandwiches, tacos, bowls, pit beans, and chili — until we sell out!
